Clearwire Shareholders Approve Sprint Merger

The shareholders of Clearwire have approved the merger of its WiMax business with Sprint’s Xohm Wimax business. The merger has already been approved by the FCC. Sprint and Clearwire expect to close the deal by year’s end.

Nokia has introduced today its new N96 Bruce Lee Edition in Hong Kong. This custom version of the company’s all-in-one smartphone comes with an action figure of the famous actor, and costs 8,788 Chinese Yuan (about $1,286), but unfortunately will be available only in Hong Kong.
